Vacation Payment Plan Terms

Plan now, pay over time and enjoy the beach later. Zero interest. No credit check, no questions asked, we trust you and your word.
How it works
- Get your quote. We always quote the pay-in-full price first, which is our best rate. We'll show you exactly how much you save by paying in full.
- Choose the plan. Paying everything up front gets you our discounted pay-in-full price. If you'd rather spread it out, your quote also shows the payment plan price, so you can see exactly how much you save by paying in full. Taxes are calculated on the price you choose.
- Reserve your dates with a 35% down payment. Your dates are blocked on our calendar as soon as we receive it.
- Pick your schedule: weekly, every other week or monthly, in equal payments. Your first payment is due one week, two weeks or one month after you book. Pay extra or early anytime, any amount; we'll recalculate your remaining payments.
- Finish 30 days before check-in. Your balance must be paid in full 30 days before arrival. If you book 30 days or less before check-in, only pay in full is available, and we'll show only the schedules that fit your dates.

If life gets in the way
- If a payment is missed, we'll send a friendly reminder by email and text on the due date.
- You then have a grace period of half the time until your next payment: about 3 days on a weekly plan, 7 days every other week, and 15 days on a monthly plan. After that, we'll call you to see what's going on and find a way to help, such as adjusting your remaining payments.
- Your last payment has no grace period. If it isn't received on its due date, we'll call you right away.
- We never cancel a reservation automatically. If the balance isn't paid 30 days before check-in, we'll talk with you first; we may give you more time when there's a good reason, or release the dates. Payments already made are non-refundable but may be applied as a credit, following our Date Change, Cancellation & Hurricane Policy.

All payment plan payments are non-refundable. Date changes and credits follow our Date Change, Cancellation & Hurricane Policy.
Ways to pay
You choose how to pay each payment, including the down payment.
- Zelle or mailed check: no fee. Checks should arrive on or around the due date.
- Card through Stripe: where card network rules allow, the card processing fee is added to that payment and shown before you pay. Automatic payments on each due date are available.
