Yes, it's red, and yes, it's beach ready. Beach Red-E is a freshly renovated Waterside Village home with new hardwood floors, fresh paint and Smart TVs in every room, about 600 feet from the sand on one of Florida's last quiet stretches of coast.
A private boardwalk right outside the back door takes you to the boat dock, where kids fish, and on to the grill, the hot tub and what locals call the nicest pool in Mexico Beach. The house is stocked with a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, towels, coolers and toys, so you can pack light. A favorite taco stand is just down the block.
