Tidewater 1703
Modern Gulf views in a cozier size
About this home
At about 1,034 square feet, 1703 is one of the largest 1-bedroom condos in Panama City Beach. The king suite has its own bathroom and sits apart from the hallway bunks, so parents get real quiet. Sweeping Gulf views fill the living room and the 17th-floor balcony, and a newly installed high-speed elevator is right next to the door.
You get the same beachfront resort as 1702: lagoon pools, hot tubs, an indoor heated pool, a movie theater and the beach right outside. Bringing the whole family? Add 1702 next door and sleep up to 16.
