High on the 17th floor of Tidewater Beach Resort, 1702 is the one guests call "better than the pictures." At 1,900 square feet it's far roomier than most condos in Panama City Beach, it sits in a quiet corner of the resort, and every bedroom has its own full bathroom, which families with teens love.
Start the morning with coffee on the balcony over the Gulf, spend the day between the beach and the pools, and end it with a sunset dinner at home or a free movie downstairs. Traveling with a bigger group? Book it together with 1703 right next door.

Primary renter must be 25 or older (resort rule).
Tidewater requires online pre-registration. For 1702 the fee is $60 + tax + card fee ($67.41 total, per stay). It includes up to 3 parking passes and up to 10 wristbands. Wristbands are required for everyone over 12 and give access to all resort amenities.
Gated indoor garage across the street with a walkover to the tower. Height limit 7 ft 2 in.
Good news: Tidewater has installed brand-new high-speed elevators, and the last two are being finished now. Summer check-in and check-out times can still be busy, so we'll share our best tips before you arrive.
