My Beach Home Away From Home wants every guest to be able to plan a beach vacation with us, including people with disabilities.

Our commitment

We aim for our website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That includes readable text and color contrast, descriptive text for photos, keyboard-friendly navigation and forms with clear labels. The site is available in English and Spanish.

We review the site regularly. Some content, such as linked Airbnb pages, maps or videos from other companies, may not be fully accessible, and we can't control those sites.

If any part of our site is hard to use, or you'd like information in another format, please contact us. We'll help you personally and send what you need, usually the same day.

Accessibility at our homes

Please ask us about accessibility features before you book, such as parking, elevators, stairs and bathroom layouts. Tidewater Beach Resort has elevators and a covered parking garage. Beach Red-E has an accessible parking spot. Trained service animals are welcome at all of our homes.
