These Terms of Use apply to MyBeachHomeAwayFromHome.com, operated by GWCOA1 LLC, doing business as My Beach Home Away From Home (“we,” “us”). By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We own and operate vacation rental homes in Panama City Beach and Mexico Beach, Florida. This site shares information about our homes and the area, and lets you request a free vacation quote, join our Specials List and contact us.

Quotes and reservations

A quote is not a reservation. Your dates are reserved only after you sign our Vacation Rental Agreement and we receive your payment or down payment. Prices, availability and taxes can change until then. Each stay is governed by the Vacation Rental Agreement, our Date Change, Cancellation & Hurricane Policy and, if chosen, our Payment Plan Terms.

Accuracy of information

We work hard to keep descriptions, photos, amenities and resort details accurate. Furnishings, resort amenities, hours and fees can change, and resort amenities are run by Tidewater Beach Resort, not by us. If something matters to your trip, please ask us before you book.

Reviews

Guest reviews on our site are real excerpts from reviews on Airbnb and from our guests. We may shorten them, but we do not change their meaning.

Our content

The text, photos, logos, local guides and other content on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view, print and share our free guides for personal use. You may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse the site, submit false information, interfere with its operation or use it for anything unlawful.

Other websites

We link to sites we don’t control, such as Airbnb, restaurants, tours and social media. We’re not responsible for their content or services.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is.” Local recommendations are suggestions only; please confirm details directly with each business. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Bay County, Florida.

Text Message (SMS) Terms

  • Program: My Beach Home Away From Home guest messages.
  • How you join: by checking the text-message consent box on our quote or signup forms, or by texting us first.
  • What we send: replies to your quote request, booking confirmations, payment reminders, arrival and check-in information, check-ins during your stay and, if you agree, special offers and last-minute openings.
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We’ll send one message confirming you’ve opted out.
  • Help: reply HELP, call +1 855-984-8669 or email BookingRequest@MyBeachHomeAwayFromHome.com
  • Not required to book: agreeing to texts is not a condition of any reservation or purchase.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
