What a house for 16 really costs in Panama City Beach

We searched Airbnb for a summer week (June 19 to 26, 2027) for 16 guests in Panama City Beach. Here's what came back, as of late October 2026:

Prices change with dates and demand, so check your own dates. But the pattern holds: big Gulf-front houses for 16 often run close to $2,000 a night or more in summer, and many of them aren't even right on the beach.

And here's the part most people miss: if you book our two condos directly with us, you skip the platform's service fees and the price drops even further.

The smarter option: two condos, side by side

Our two Gulf-front condos at Tidewater Beach Resort, units 1702 and 1703, sit right next to each other on the 17th floor. Book both and your group gets:

In plain numbers: our Airbnb total for that same June week was about $4,100 less than the beachfront house for 16 above, and about $10,400 less than the 12-bedroom duplex. That's money for dolphin tours, dinners out and a few extra nights.
