After you choose your dates, we set up monthly payments that fit your budget, with no interest and no extra fees from us. Your trip is paid off before you arrive.
Yes. Tidewater 1702 and 1703 are side by side on the same floor and together sleep up to 16, with two kitchens, five full baths, two balconies, two sofa sleepers and two sets of bunk beds. Ask for a quote for both. It is often far less than one large beach house.
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 a.m. If the home is free the day before, we'll often let you in early at no charge. Just ask.
Yes. Snowbirds are some of our favorite guests. Ask us about monthly rates for the winter season.
Every home has high-speed Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, and is professionally cleaned and restocked before you arrive.
Tidewater Beach Resort requires the primary renter to be at least 25. The resort also requires online pre-registration with a small fee per stay ($39.59 for 1703, $67.41 for 1702) that covers parking passes and the wristbands for pools and amenities.
